Yes. The deep-pocket skirt fits mattresses from 10 to 21 inches deep, or 25 to 53cm, including pillow-top, memory foam and hybrid mattresses. The reinforced elastic corners keep it in place all night, with no slipping or bunching.

Do I still use my fitted sheet?

Yes. The topper goes over the mattress, and your fitted sheet goes over the topper. If your sheet is a shallow-pocket style, a deeper one will sit better once the topper is on.
